Event Donations

Experiences for Creativity, Hope, and Outreach Productions (ECHO Productions, Inc.) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This means that your donations directly support our mission of creating inclusive,
immersive live-action events, and they may also be tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

When you contribute, you’re not only helping us build community and tell unforgettable stories, you’re also making a charitable gift recognized by the IRS.

We provide a receipt for every donation, no matter the amount. This ensures you have proper documentation for your records and for claiming any eligible tax deductions.

Ways to Donate

THRONE

Throne is a secure platform that lets you support us directly by covering the cost of items we’ve selected for our events and productions.

Instead of sending funds, you’re helping provide specific tools, supplies, or resources we need to help put on our events.

For existing players, we also offer 10 CCs per item obtained from the Throne list as a thank you!

Monetary Donations

Direct financial contributions are the simplest way to support our work.

Every dollar helps us create immersive, inclusive experiences for our community. All donations are tax deductible, and we provide a receipt for your records.

All monetary donations above $10 are subject to a flat 20 CC thank you for existing players.

3% Cover the Fee

We occasionally accept donations of props, costumes, or other useful items: whether they’re handmade creations or treasures found at a thrift store.

To keep our game world cohesive, all item donations must be approved in advance through our submission form.

Once approved, we’ll coordinate drop-off at an event and provide a donation receipt for market-value of the item.

We award 10 CCs per accepted item donated.

Found/Made Item Donations

Donation Guidelines

  • Our Settings Coordinator, Isaac, is the contact for donated found/made items.

Seek prior approval via email response to the form before dropping anything off at Operations (NPC).

We have a lot of stuff and limited room so it's not a guarantee that we can take your donation otherwise.

In absence of the Settings Coordinator, a Director will also suffice to accept donations.

  • We will only take clothing donations if they have been pre-distressed and are within the event genre.

  • Any weapon donation must pass our safety check before we will accept them. If you are wanting to donate old props, or make new ones, make sure they meet our safety standards and are approved by a safety guide.

    • XL+ clothes that are pre-distressed and within genre.

    • Packets

    • Strain appropriate clothes that are ripped and bloodied.

    • Generic Armor

    • Blasters

    • New or Undistressed Clothing

    • Hats

    • Bags
